A 7 week journey into and thru the 7 primary chakras, designed to Activate, Align, Attune, and Awaken the energies inherent in each chakra.
In this course, you will receive;
A daily ‘highlight’ message centering our awareness on a key aspect of the current chakra.
(7) video information sessions that will define the key aspects for each of the chakras, including practical tools for balancing the energies of each chakra.
(7) video movement sessions that will guide you through somatic practices to engage and balance the energies of each chakra in the body.
(2) additional video information and movement sessions addressing the internal and external chakra subsystems designed to integrate and deepen your experience.
